Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using Our Service.

1. Introduction

Welcome to MixMaster Pro (the "Service"), a product owned and operated by Ming GF Ltd ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the MixMaster Pro service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. User Accounts

When you create an account with MixMaster Pro, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

3. Subscriptions, Credits, and Plans

Some parts of the MixMaster Pro Service are billed on a subscription basis (including Free trial usage grants, Pro, Studio, Studio+, and Teams). Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or annual, as selected at checkout). Subscriptions automatically renew under the same conditions unless you cancel or Ming GF Ltd cancels them.

The Service may also sell prepaid Credits packs and other one-time purchases. Credits are a usage balance for features such as Standard Audio Tools, Professional modules / Workflow Builder jobs, analysis overage past your plan allowance, and other metered features described on the Pricing page. Credits are consumed according to the quote or rate shown before you confirm a job. Unused Credits in a purchased pack generally remain available until consumed, subject to account closure or abuse remedies in these Terms. Plan-included Credit allowances follow your billing or grant cycle as described in-product.

Feature access, storage, file size, track duration, concurrency, Maya voice minutes, and other limits follow your current plan (and any Credits unlocks). The Pricing page is the live matrix for new checkouts. If you already pay on a legacy Pro or Studio price, you keep that card charge until you cancel or opt in to a current list price. Legacy subscribers receive the same or better feature and volume entitlements than they had at signup; we do not silently reduce included analyses or other paid allowances for those accounts. Switching to the current list price and matrix is optional.

Paid plans that reach an included analysis allowance continue by drawing Credits rather than a hard stop, as described on the Pricing page. We may apply fair-use and anti-abuse controls (for example concurrent job limits or spend caps) to protect the Service; those controls are not a surprise reduction of the included allowances we publish for your plan generation.

Current plan details are published on the Pricing page and may change with notice as described in section 10. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Ming GF Ltd and its licensors. The "MixMaster Pro" name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Ming GF Ltd. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of the Company. You retain full ownership of the audio files you upload and of outputs we derive from those files for you (including stems, mastering, tool exports, and similar job results). We claim no intellectual property rights over that material.

5. Audio Content Privacy

Your uploaded audio files are treated with the utmost confidentiality. Ming GF Ltd uses your audio content solely for the purpose of providing analysis, mentoring, Audio Tools, Professional modules, Workflow Builder jobs, Client Revisions, and related feedback services you request. We do not use your audio content for training our public AI models or any other purpose without your explicit consent.

Access Control: Only you and Ming GF Ltd (and subprocessors needed to fulfill a job you start) have access to your uploaded audio files for that purpose. We do not sell or make your music publicly available. Client Revisions links expose only the listening and commenting experience you choose to share with your client - not your internal analysis dashboard.

Professional processing: When you run Professional modules or Workflow Builder jobs, audio may be processed by specialized third-party audio processing providers under contract, solely to complete the job you requested. Standard mix analysis and Standard Audio Tools run on infrastructure we operate.

Data Security: We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your audio files from unauthorized access, disclosure, or breach. All audio uploads are encrypted in transit and stored securely.

Personal Mentor Chat (Maya): Pro+ subscribers receive mix-specific personal mentor chat; Free users may receive platform assistance chat. Chat messages are stored securely for 90 days from the date of creation to maintain conversation history. After 90 days, messages are automatically deleted from our servers. This retention period allows you to reference previous conversations while ensuring your data privacy over time. Durable Maya memory / style learning features, where available on Studio and above, store coaching context associated with your account as described in-product.

6. User Content and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all audio files, data, and content ("User Content") that you upload to the Service. By uploading User Content, you represent that you have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to do so.

MixMaster Pro is an analysis and production-assistance tool. Uploading a track to the Service does not grant you ownership or copyright if you are not the rightful owner. Ming GF Ltd does not verify copyright ownership of uploaded files. We are not responsible or liable for any copyright infringement claims arising from the content you choose to upload and analyze.

Our responsibility is limited to maintaining the privacy and security of your uploaded content as described in our Audio Content Privacy policy and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for any offensive or unlawful comments or files you may post on the platform.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Ming GF Ltd, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

9. These Terms

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy govern your use of the Service and your relationship with Ming GF Ltd. Mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live are not limited by this section.

10. Changes to These Terms

Ming GF Ltd reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to material new terms taking effect. Continued use of the Service after that notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you may cancel before the new terms apply and use the Service until the end of your then-current paid period.
