Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 13, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, subscribe to a plan (Free, Pro, Studio, Studio+, or Teams), purchase Credits, or contact us for support. This includes your name, email address, and payment information processed through our payment provider, Paddle. We also collect usage and billing metadata needed to enforce plan limits, Credits balances, and fair-use controls (for example analysis counts, storage usage, and job quotes).

When you upload audio, we process that file to deliver the features you request: mix analysis, mentoring (Maya), Standard Audio Tools, Professional modules / Workflow Builder, Client Revisions, and related product functions.

2. Use of Your Information

We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve our services, including to process transactions, send technical notices, and respond to your comments and questions. We do not use your uploaded audio files for any purpose other than providing the analysis, tools, mentoring, or processing you requested. We do not use your audio files to train public AI models. You own your uploads and the outputs derived from them (stems, mastering, tool exports, and similar job results); we process those files to deliver the Service.

3. Data Security and Retention

We take reasonable measures to help protect your information from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access. You can delete your audio files and analysis data from your account at any time. We will retain your account information as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. Mentor chat messages are retained for up to 90 days. Where Maya memory / style learning is enabled on your plan (Studio and above), related coaching context may persist with your account until you delete it or close your account, as described in-product.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not share your personal information with third parties except as described in this Privacy Policy. We may share information with vendors, consultants, and other service providers who need access to such information to carry out work on our behalf. This includes our payment processor (Paddle) and, when you start a Professional module or Workflow Builder job, specialized third-party audio processing providers that receive the audio needed solely to fulfill that job. Those providers are not permitted to use your audio for their own marketing or unrelated model training under our arrangements.

5. Your Choices

You may update, correct or delete information about you at any time by logging into your online account. If you wish to delete or deactivate your account, please email us at support@mixmasterpro.io, but note that we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
