We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the conditions under which we offer refunds.

Transaction fees

Approved refunds do not include payment processing or transaction fees charged on the original purchase. When a refund is issued, you receive the amount you paid for the eligible item minus those non-refundable fees retained by our payment provider (Paddle) and, where applicable, your bank or card network. The net amount returned to you may therefore be slightly less than the checkout price shown at purchase.

Monthly Subscriptions (Pro & Studio)

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new customers on their first subscription payment. If you are not satisfied with the service, you can request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase by contacting our support team. Eligible refunds are for the subscription amount paid minus applicable transaction fees as described above.

For recurring monthly payments, refunds are not typically provided. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page, and you will not be charged for the next billing cycle. You will retain access to your plan's features until the end of your current paid period.

Pay-as-You-Go Credits

Pay-as-you-go analysis credits are non-refundable once purchased. If you experience a technical failure during an analysis that consumes a credit, please contact support with details of the issue, and we will investigate and restore your credit if a platform error is confirmed.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under our 7-day money-back guarantee, please email our support team at support@mixmasterpro.io with your account details and the reason for your request. Refunds will be processed through our payment provider, Paddle, for the purchase price minus non-refundable transaction fees, and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
