Monthly Subscriptions (Pro & Studio)
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new customers on their first subscription payment. If you are not satisfied with the service, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase by contacting our support team.
For recurring monthly payments, refunds are not typically provided. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page, and you will not be charged for the next billing cycle. You will retain access to your plan's features until the end of your current paid period.
Pay-as-You-Go Credits
Pay-as-you-go analysis credits are non-refundable once purchased. If you experience a technical failure during an analysis that consumes a credit, please contact support with details of the issue, and we will investigate and restore your credit if a platform error is confirmed.
